17. Once your parcel has been sent out, we will inform you on the tracking number of your postage for your own easy tracking. We will then have no other further responsibilities to track your parcel’s whereabouts or inform you on when your parcel is arriving. The responsibilities are then forwarded to the Postoffice & Postman at your area to when your parcel reaches your destination
18. For restockable Items, we will provide FULL REFUND shall any of the items are not restockable.Kindly note that refund will be made within 2 weeks time due to hectic schedules
19. Restock Items usually takes approximately 7-10 working days.
20. All communications will only be entertained after 6 pm everyday
